What is a Funded Proposal?

A funded proposal is a business model where the lead in is FREE, which leads to a “pay to play” monthly debit purchase, and believe it or not, we’ve all been in the spider web of a funded proposal. For example, if you have ever visited Barnes & Noble you were simply invited into a franchise funded proposal.

Here’s the kicker…

When you choose to purchase a book from Barnes & Noble, the cashier must always ask if you want to save 10% on your purchase. If you say yes, you have elected to be billed on a month to month or year to year debit as long as you stay active. This is the beauty of funded proposals and how all big companies utilize these techniques day in and day out to capitalize on millions and billions of dinero. I challenge you do to your homework on Big Names and Big People like American Idol, Oprah Winfrey, Rachel Ray, etc. You will be amazed at how many Funded Proposals are happening right now as you reading this article.

Cash flow Machine

Are you operating your network marketing business without cash flow? Funded proposals are specifically designed to put cash in your pocket to overlay the cost of advertising and other expenses needed to run your business. Sadly, many network marketers end of quitting on their dreams because money comes out of their pocket instead of from the residual cash flow from a funded proposal. Do whatever it takes to get educated on a funded proposal. It will save you years of heartache and work in the network marketing industry.

Leading with Free

In order to take advantage of the funded proposal concept in your network marketing business, you need to offer something of value for free up front, such as a free audio, e-book, video series, or coaching series. Basically, an exchange should be made between you and the prospect at this time. In exchange for your prospects phone number, email address, and first name, you agree to offer one or more of the free gifts. Furthermore, the key of a funded proposal is to build a subscriber base for relationship building and future offers.

Utilizing a funded proposal in your network marketing business ultimately builds trustworthy prospects and customers making it very easy to grow your network marketing business. Always market in a way where you are thinking for the prospect. In other words, put yourself in their shoes and think about what in the past triggered you to exchange your name, email address, and phone number for something free. At the start of your network marketing career, your upline may never tell you about funded proposals and the importance that they can make in your network marketing business, but I can assure you that leading with your main company is more difficult than leading with free coaching, free training, free e-book, etc. Learn to lead with free information that will provide a solution to your prospects, and watch your network marketing business soar.

Earlier this week I was reading about “Network Marketing Leaders” and what it really takes to be successful in a network marketing opportunity.  My question to you is, do you have the skillz to lead others to prosperity?  Rather you like to Lead or Follow, those who rise above the mediocrity of EGO and learn to become attractive to others will make tons of money in this industry.

I was on a Training call last night on “How to Recruit into Leader’s Club” and one intangible that was discussed was until a person in this industry understands that people won’t follow them until they become the Influence instead of the Influenced, they won’t make it 90 days in this industry.

Money is NOT Your Focus

When I began my venture into this niche back in 2001, I joined for one thing and one thing only, MONEY!!  I was so focused on making alot of money that I didn’t care if people joined me or not, I was excited to see another spot below me making me money.  Well, you know the end to that story…

I was Focused on the wrong things.  Are you focusing on the Money or the Prosperity of Others?  Hmmmmmmm…

If you are not grooming yourself to lead others, you won’t make it in your network marketing business.  Have you ever asked yourself, Why would people sign up in my program?  What do I have to offer?  What do they see in me?  I challenge you to sit down one day and truly think about this.  I did and know my mindset has truly changed for the better.  People feed off my inspiration..

I was doing my usual twittering today and I had to come over to my Blog to write a post on some simple steps to take when learning how to succeed with twitter in your network marketing business opportunity.  Twitter has become a marketing social media phenomenon on the internet especially in the area of social networking.  I was reading a post regarding “Can Twitter Help Your MLM Bottom Line? ….and it inspired me to write this post.

What is Twitter?

For some of you who are not familiar with what Twitter is, it is basically a microblogging platform where users can send quick messages (no more than 140 characters) answering the question of what are you doing?  Today for example, my Twitter message was “I am about to write a blog post, which I am doing now, and I am about to write an article to post to Ezinearticles. That’s it..

The Beauty of Twitter

Twitter allows you to follow other people in your niche or just random people who have peaked your interest.  This is a must tool, I believe, for network marketers because it allows you to build solid relationships while dipping into other peoples’ business and they on the other hand dipping into yours.  We are all born “nosy” naturally right..lol.  The Key is to follow as many people in your niche as possible and then in turn they will follow you.

Master Key of Twitter

Here is where Twitter gets very powerful.  You have the option on several different social media platforms such as Wordpress, Facebook, Youtube, Squidoo, and other sites to post content that will circulate to all these different platforms at once.  For example, once I post an audio from my cell phone on Utterz, it automatically post to twitter, which post to facebook, which post to my Wordpress blog, then to my Squidoo page all in one setting.  This is HUGE my friends because your Feeds will be circulated and that is what drives content, which makes Google happy.  By posting on Twitter one or more times you can reach a larger audience by sending that same post to your other social networking profiles.  Twitter makes it easy to do that with the different widgets it offers in it’s back office.

In order to upgrade your internet network marketing business success, twitter is a tools that is definitely needed.  Hey, I even think it’s fun to use and I look forward to sharing what I am doing everyday with those who are following me.  Remember, to give before taking and follow others so that they will be fond of following you.  This twitter application also gives you an opportunity to get more quality traffic to your website(s) as people will be checking you out, I Guarantee it..

Building momentum in a network marketing business is something we all crave right?  I mean who wants to join an mlm company only for it to become stale and die… Instead, we join for the benefit of achieving financial freedom and stability through hard work, dedication, and focus.  It’s all about becoming successful in your mlm business opportunity.

On the other hand, there is a common denominator that will help you to achieve success in your network marketing business.

That common denominator is this idea of Creating–>> Momentum

Tap into the Habit Force

In order to even fathom the thought of momentum in your network marketing business, you have to shift into the process of habit.  As human beings, we are naturally born as creatures of habit displaying unconscious actions on a daily basis.  However, to pick up a habit that is new can be very difficult and uncomfortable especially in the field of network marketing.

Starting a home-based network marketing business is out of most peoples’ comfort zone.  So, in order to combat this uneasiness, everyday there has to be some type of motivated action performed to create confidence in the goal ahead, which will create confidence in the long run thus turning into a habit.  This leads me to the “undisputed” 90-Day Plan…

The 90-Day Plan

Momentum in your mlm business will only be accomplished through strict focus followed by a dedicated plan of action.  For example, my 90-Day plan of action consist of…

• 3-5 Blog Post/wk
• 1-2 Videos Uploaded to Traffic Geyser/wk
• 1-Ezine Article/wk
• Calling at least 3-5 prospects/day
• Adding new friends on Facebook and Myspace/day
• Uttering, Twittering, Squidoo/day/wk

Staying connected with Mastermind Group and Marketing Group is probably the most important in keeping the focus and motivation to implement the 90-Day process plan.

The above daily and weekly actions have developed into a habit force for me as I focus on implementing these techniques on a daily basis in order to attract more people to me and gain lasting momentum.  Maybe you have different methods of marketing and that’s ok, but if you truly want to see momentum in your network marketing business, continue to or begin to implement a daily plan of action.

Facebook has swiftly become the “stomping grounds” for network marketers and entrepreneurs alike, and it seems to have no rules for slowing down either.  Many are flocking to the *NEW* party on the internet for the soul purpose of gathering Red Hot Targeted Business and MLM Leads.  Not a hard task to accomplish when everybody and their Momma wants to be your friend.  Everyday I get tons of friend request in my Facebook inbox giving me permission to send them advertising material, training, tools, etc.  I want to embark upon 3 Dynamic ways to generate hot targeted mlm and business leads with facebook:

1. Add and Accept Friends– You definitely want to make sure that your number one goal everyday is to add friends on facebook and accept the ones who are sending you invitations.  This will dramatically build your list on the facebook portal allowing you at will to send special messages to them at any time.  I like to look at this as building a secondary list for Free.

2. Create a Group–There is nothing more exciting and attractive than starting a group geared towards the type of business or goals you are trying to accomplish.  I’m not a psychology major, but I am going to guess that people love to be heard and what a better way for others to be heard than in a focus group.  This is also a Great time to introduce yourself and what the goals of the group are.  This will attract other s to your group thus building strong relationships in the process for Free

3. Use Basic Prospecting– There are many network marketers who seem to be confused on what prospecting really is.  If you can spark up a conversation with a person, then you know the basics of prospecting.  However, the goal of prospecting is to know the person’s “pain” and “want” in order to cure the pain (that’s another post for another time).  Take the time to really know a person and see what ways you can help them succeed.  Again, this is a Free method to consistently generating and keeping fresh targeted mlm leads on facebook

When trying to generate hot targeted mlm business leads for your business, always think of the places that are flocking with people looking to exchange business ideas, needs, and wants.  Facebook is my #1 pick for generating hot leads if you learn to utilize the above 3 steps into the mix.
